It is very crowded and they no longer serve food at the tables. Many perceive this non-interaction as rudeness, which is possibly very accurate. The place is all business and there is virtually no interaction between the staff and the guests. When you enter the casino there are terminals that allow you to enter the games you want to play. I have recently visited the casino, which is not far from the Bicycle Hotel and Casino. There's zero (good /thoughtful) experience given to your time in the hotel. I like the convenience of being able to go downstairs and gamble but not worth the price point. A few days later I pay for my first weeks stay and they double charge me. When I came back to my room hours later still hadn't shown up. I ordered 3 bottles of water one day, waited 2 hours, never showed up. My next room had what I believe was a pubic hair in the bathtub, nothing that can't be washed away once I turn on the shower but does not give me a lot of confidence in the cleaning team in the midst of a pandemic. None of these things by themselves is so atrocious but that's a lot of inconvenience for one person to endure in one room.
My first room, which they moved me from, the toilet didn't flush, the knob that activates the shower head didn't work, the bathroom sink didn't drain. I've been staying at the hotel for 2 weeks and for the most part the staff has been accommodating but the quality of the hotel and the execution of service is not good.
